We occasionally ship with dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen and fresh. If dry ice is present in your shipment and has not fully dissolved:
- Do not touch dry ice with bare hands – always use gloves or a towel
- Handle with care and allow it to evaporate in a well-ventilated area
- Keep away from children and pets
- Never store dry ice in an airtight container
