Our pigs are raised on pasture using regenerative practices allowing them to root and forage for food such as acorns, native grasses, and selective plantings such as radishes and oats. We supplementary feed a Non-GMO Corn and Soy Free feed. 

Our Pasture Pork Ham (Whole) is processed at a local, USDA-certified facility and comes vacuum sealed one per package.
