Dry Aged 14 Days
Pork chops often get a bad rap for being dry and bland, but truly those are products of the farming problem, not the pig. Since our pigs spend their lives amidst the pasture and forest, they have the opportunity to forage for a wide variety of nuts, grubs, seeds, leaves etc., all of which provide them with more nutrition and delicious flavor. This flavor ultimately ensures that these pork chops are delicious, even if all you use is salt and pepper.
Our pigs are raised on pasture using regenerative practices allowing them to root and forage for food such as acorns, native grasses, and selective plantings such as radishes and oats. We supplementary feed a Non-GMO Corn and Soy Free feed.
Our pork chops are processed at a local, USDA certified facility. They come packaged (2) chops per vacuum sealed package.
