Is your beef 100% grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes! Our cattle are raised exclusively on grass for their entire lives. They never receive grain, or grain byproducts.
Where Are Your Cattle Raised?
Our cattle come from a trusted partner farm in northern Mississippi that shares our uncompromising standards for pasture-raised livestock.
Why We Partner Instead of Raising Our Own: Currently, we don't have the land necessary to raise grass-finished beef the way it should be done—with high-intensity rotational grazing on diverse, healthy pastures. While we're working hard to transition into full-time farming, finding the right property to start our own herd has been an obstacle.
In the meantime, many of you have expressed the desire to buy beef from us based on the quality and standards you've experienced with our chicken and pork. We heard you, and we weren't willing to compromise.
Our Non-Negotiable Standards:
We frequent our partner farm and hold them to the same rigorous standards we apply to everything we raise:
- Never sprayed fields – no herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers, ever
- No added chemicals – no hormones or antibiotics, ever
- 100% grass-fed and grass-finished – cattle eat nothing but grass from birth to harvest
- Born and raised on the farm – not purchased from auction houses or feedlots
- Regenerative grazing practices – cattle are moved regularly to promote soil health and biodiversity
Our Commitment to You:
We only partner with farms we trust completely—farms we visit, farms that align with our values, and farms that raise cattle the way we would raise them ourselves. You're getting the same quality, care, and integrity you've come to expect from P&K Family Farms, just from pastures in northern Mississippi until we have our own.
When we do establish our own herd, you'll be the first to know. Until then, we're proud to bring you exceptional grass-finished beef that meets every standard we hold dear.
Do your cattle receive hormones or antibiotics
Our cattle are never treated with hormones, antibiotics, or exposed to herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers... EVER.
