P&K Family Farms wings come fully intact, enabling you to use them whole or separated. Regardless, our chicken wings are delectable any way you prepare them, whether grill, oven, air fryer, smoker, or deep fryer. Keep in mind that due to our chickens' unique diet (grass, grains, seeds, bugs, and grubs in the soil) coupled with an active lifestyle, they have less fat than commercially grown chickens. As a result, they have lower cooking times, and to prevent drying out your wings, we recommend using a meat thermometer and finishing at an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.Â

All of our poultry are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, or added growth hormones. Our meat is processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA Certified facility with labeling and handling instructions.
