Even better though, our pasture raised drumsticks are nothing but delicious any way you decide to prepare them, whether heavily seasoned, sprinkled with just salt and pepper, pan fried, slow cooked, grilled, smoked, fried, oven baked, the list goes on. One thing is for sure, you want to get your hands on these!

We do want you to keep in mind that due to our chickens' unique diet (grass, grains, seeds, bugs, and grubs in the soil) coupled with an active lifestyle, they have less fat than commercially grown chickens. As a result, they cook faster, and to prevent drying out, we recommend using a meat thermometer and finishing at an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

All of our poultry are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, or added growth hormones. Our meat is processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA Certified facility with labeling and handling instructions.
